After my first contact with you, I commented to colleagues at another horse show, about your high level of professionalism and attention to detail. I only hoped that it would be matched during the execution of the actual horse show on the day. I was not only not disappointed, but you exceeded my expectations by a mile. The venue looked great and the volunteers willingly worked their tails off to fulfill every exhibitors' request.
